Ceramic works hover between animal and topography, with clay from five California earth bodies physically intertwined and fired. These works unite individual geographies into a singular form and refer to the fact that all living systems are connected through water and soil. The title of each work is named as it appears in an elementary chart of interconnected ecosystems.
